In today's busy world it is difficult to shop, cook, clean and at the same time make healthy eating decisions. 

Our goal at Chef's Table STL is to provide affordable, healthy meals to people with busy schedules 

Our food is prepared with using coconut oil to cook with and where needed Extra Virgin Olive Oil to finish. We use no "oxidized oil". Kosher Salt is used minimally. We purchase our food from reputable purveyors, farmers and wherever possible we use organic, locally grown and processed food. 

Chef's Table STL is proudly brought to you by award winning chef Christopher Lee. Chris has over 25 years of cooking experience from his classical training at L'Auberge Bretonne and Cafe de France, opening several of STL's prestigious restaurants including Sanctuaria, Cafe Ventana and Hendricks BBQ to being the executive banquet chef at River City's new 8.3 million dollar expansion initiative.
